Your HOA at Work

Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation (LARMAC) is excited to share the successful completion of a recent upgrade at Ladera’s original clubhouse, Oak Knoll Village Clubhouse. New fiberglass windows were installed, and the project was completed in just one week.

This project is part of the master association's asset reserve management program. The new windows mark a substantial improvement in both the appearance and energy efficiency of the clubhouse. The original windows were installed in 2000.
