LARMAC Assessment Rate Change

Each year, the association’s volunteer Board of Directors carefully reviews the past year’s expenses and income to best project the financial requirements for the upcoming fiscal year. Funding for the budget comes from assessments that homeowners pay each month. When reviewing the budget, the Board considers factors such as recurring contract costs, inflation, utility usage and rates, insurance, and appropriate reserve contributions (savings) each month to pay for the repair, restoration, and/or replacement of common area components as needed. 

The 2024-2025 fiscal year budgets and monthly assessment rates that go into effect on June 1, 2024, have been approved and published by your Board of Directors.

If you are currently set up on auto-pay through your bank, please make sure to make the necessary updates to ensure the proper amount is debited from your account each month. If you are registered with Click Pay (through FirstService Residential), your payment will update automatically.

You may also check the notification letter that was mailed to your home.
