Your Invitation to Run for the LARMAC Board of Directors

As an unincorporated community of Orange County, much of what occurs within Ladera Ranch is determined by LARMAC, its master homeowner association. This well-run association relies on resident volunteers who operate its Board of Directors, make important decisions, and guide the operations of Ladera Ranch.

Thriving communities are built on the active participation of their residents. If you are passionate about ensuring Ladera Ranch remains a premier master-planned community with strong property values and want to take a leadership role in shaping the future of our community, then consider running for the Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation (LARMAC) Board of Directors.

LARMAC is the homeowners association formed to manage and maintain LARMAC property, enforce the Community Guidelines and its governing documents, as well as ensuring compliance with established architectural guidelines and aesthetic standards. Each homeowner in Ladera Ranch (the 'Covered Area') becomes a Member of LARMAC. The Board of Directors of LARMAC oversees and makes most of the decisions regarding LARMAC operations. The day-to-day activities are performed by the Community Manager and supervised by the LARMAC Board. Specific day-to-day responsibilities are assigned to the LARMAC officers.

The Annual Meeting and Election for LARMAC will be held on November 1, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. Join us in actively contributing to the betterment of our community. As a volunteer on the Board of Directors, you will play an essential role in maintaining Ladera Ranch's exceptional standards and ensuring that our community thrives.

To become a candidate for one of the two open seats on the LARMAC Board of Directors, please complete a Candidacy Form. The deadline for submitting a form is 5:00 p.m. September 1, 2023. For more information on the qualifications and responsibilities, please refer to Article II, Section 2.2 of the LARMAC By-laws.

Serving on the Board is an excellent opportunity to actively participate in your hometown, make a positive impact, and help shape the future of Ladera Ranch. We encourage all interested residents to consider running for this vital leadership position and look forward to seeing you at the Annual Meeting and Election. Let's work together to ensure Ladera Ranch continues to be a place we can all be proud to call home.
